1. (Superintendent):
Responsibilities/Job Descriptions
Ø
To ensure that files are maintain properly.
Ø
To supervise the working of different branches.

To ensure that all files are routed through his office.

To coordinate the working different branches.

To ensure the attendance/punctuality of officials/clerical staff/class IV etc.

2. (PS To DC Branch):
Responsibilities/Job Descriptions
Ø
Disposal of royalty and forest issues. General coordination with Provincial Government, and District Government.
Ø
Keeping the DC updated on day to day affairs.
Ø
Review meetings, updating schedule of activities/engagements, assist the Superintendent in the supervision of work, to supervise the court room of DC.
Ø
Any additional responsibility assigned by the DC.
3. (Benevolent Fund Branch):
Responsibilities/Job Descriptions
Ø
Benevolent Fund.
Ø
Scholarship of Top 10 Students Board/University.
Ø
Post retirement benefits etc.
Ø
Monthly Grants, Funeral Charges, Lump sum Grant etc
Ø
HBA/MCA/Motor Car.
4. (Accounts Branch):
Responsibilities/Job Descriptions
Ø
To Deal with all accounts matters of DC’s Office Dir Upper.
Ø
Operationalizing budget of DC Office.
Ø
CDLD Budget.
Ø
Vehicles Pool, house allotment, caretaker of DC office/home assets.
Ø
TA Bills, utility bills and other bills of stationary etc.
Ø
Any additional responsibility assigned by the DC.
5. (DDMO Branch):
Responsibilities/Job Descriptions
Ø
To operationalize its online system.
Ø
To manage and controle all disasters, if occured in the District.
Ø
To receive application regarding any natural clamities and process it under the law and rules.
Ø
Any additional task assigned by the DC.
6. (Reader Branch):
Responsibilities/Job Descriptions
Ø
Civil/Criminal, appeals cases.122,123 MLR/DCR Cases, stamp vendors license, Notary public.
Ø
Price checking reports, report of disposal of criminal/revenue/forest cases by ACs/AACs/Tehsildars, orders under section 144 CrPC, 3MPO
Ø
Forest Correspondence.
Ø
Redressal of public grievances and other issues
Ø
Correspondences of Election affairs as well as judicial matters. Any additional responsibility assigned by the DC.
7.(Revenue Branch):
Responsibilities/Job Descriptions:

Correspondence regarding Revenue Matters.
Ø
Land acquisition cases.
Ø
Lease of state land.
Ø
Government dues/stamp duties/government revenues.
Ø
Correspondence related to Provincial/Federal taxes.
Ø
Encroachment over state land, preparation/maintenance of record of government building/lands valuation table.
Ø
Agricultural loan forms, possession/ownership certificate etc.
Ø
Any additional responsibility assigned by the DC.
8.(Establishment Branch):
Responsibilities/Job Descriptions
Ø
Appointment, Posting/transfer of ministerial staff.
Ø
Proceeding against Govt: Servants.
Ø
Promotions, leave, inquiries, job description/distribution of work.
Ø
Additional/look after charges service appeals, seniority list, personal files, APRs.
Ø
Miscellaneous issues related to service matters etc.
Ø
Any additional responsibility assigned by the DC.
9. (Diary Dispatch):
Responsibilities/Job Descriptions
Ø
To dairy all received letters.
Ø
To dispatch all out going letters.
Ø
To distribute all the letters amongst the braches of the local office.
Ø
To ensure the all dispatching letters to be received properly to out offices.
10. (PMRU Branch):
Responsibilities/Job Descriptions
Ø Pakistan Citizen Portal.
Ø Online Inspections.
Ø Online Price Fixation.
Ø Online District Monitoring System.
Ø File Tracking System.
Ø Online Task Managment System.
Ø DC Facebook Page Managing.
Ø DC Twitter Managing.
Ø Developing, Desinging, Operating and Maintaining Online Web Portal ddpdirupper.com.
Ø Flex desinging.
Ø Conducting Kuli Kacheries.
Ø All WhatsApp Groups managing.
Ø DAAS and other complaints managment systems.
Ø Letters correspondences regarding various subjects.

11. (General Branch):
Responsibilities/Job Descriptions
Dealing Fortnight report/spurious drugs.
Dealing Afghan Refugees oil & Gas/LPG Cylinder.
Dealing various certificates i.e legal heirs, death no remarriage certificates, publicity etc.
Dealing temporary encroachment.
Dealing mines & mineral, general correspondence with line departments.
Any additional responsibility assigned by the DC.
12. (Litigation Cell):
Responsibilities/Job Descriptions:
Ø
To pursue cases in various Courts (in which interest of Govt: involved) on behalf of District Administration as well as State and submission of Progress report of cases to DC Dir Upper.
Ø
Maintenance of proper record of the cases.
Ø
Filing of parawise comments, appeals other than service appeals etc.
Ø
Any additional responsibility assigned by the DC.
13. (Budget Section):
Responsibilities/Job Descriptions
Ø
Maintenance of service books of all officials.
Ø
Stoppage of pay, release of pay, arrears in pay in other related matters.
Ø
Pension cases, increment, up gradation cases.
Ø
Loans by Govt servants/house building advance/GP fund advance etc.
Ø
Any additional responsibility assigned by the DC.
14. (Domicile Branch):
Responsibilities/Job Descriptions
Ø
Updating of Citizen Feedback Model.
Ø
Issuance of domicile maintenance of record and other correspondence. regarding domicile certificates, verification of domicile certificate, NOC for domicile etc.
Ø
Any additional responsibility assigned by the DC.
15. (Relief Branch):
Responsibilities/Job Descriptions
Ø
To deal with all kind of relief matters/Flood relief cases, earthquake as well as Militancy.
Ø
NGOs relief.
Ø
Ware houses.
Ø
Private properties occupied by Pak Army compensation etc.
Ø
Any additional responsibility assigned by the DC.
16. (Levy Branch):
Responsibilities/Job Descriptions
Ø
All accounts matter as well as Establishment Matter regarding Dir Levies
Ø
To maintain service books and other record/correspondence levy service appeals, posting transfer, GP fund advance etc.

17. (License Branch):
Responsibilities/Job Descriptions

Issuance of Arm & Ammunition License, Renewal of Arm License, Form “J”, and other related issues.
Ø
NOC Petroleum pumps.

Intelligence Coordination Committee.

Law & Order, Polio/Report/DSR/Fortnightly Report.
Ø
Provision of Security to (Foreigners & Schools), Recording minutes of various meetings, District inter coordination Committee, Lowari Tunnel Operation (general), , secrete matters, poppy cultivation.

Preparation of Meetings files for DC Dir U etc.
